Appointment Confirmation:

• A team member will contact you 1-2 days before your appointment to finalize the scheduling.
• On the day of your appointment, your phlebotomist will confirm your availability and plan to arrive within the selected time window.
• If there are any delays, we will contact you by phone or text message.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel online if more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• For cancellations within 24 hours, please contact us directly.

Preparation:

• If requesting services at your workplace, ensure a private room is available.
• Fasting may be required for some tests (e.g., lipids, glucose). Follow your doctor's instructions.

Safety and Security:

• Our staff will wear uniforms and display company-issued badges.
• Ensure pets are secured, weapons are stored safely, and household members are fully clothed and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Collections should occur in a common area unless the patient is bedridden.
• Minors must have an adult caregiver present.
• Adequate lighting must be available.
• Keep entrance/exit doors unlocked during the visit.
